1. Content in the Eliozz app
Story recordings, covers, titles, audio versions, and NFC bindings are stored on your device. Eliozz does not operate servers that receive, sync, or analyse that content, and no account is required.
Depending on your Apple device settings, system-level device backups may include app data. Apple provides that service under its own settings and terms.
2. Information we do not collect
- No name, email address, phone number, or login credentials are required.
- We do not collect recordings, covers, story titles, or listening history.
- We use no advertising SDK and create no advertising profile from app use.
- We use no third-party analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Microphone, photos, and NFC permissions
The app asks for a permission only when you use the related feature. The microphone records audio; photo access lets you choose a cover; NFC reads a prewritten Eliozz link and creates a local binding. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
4. Importing, exporting, and sharing
When you choose to import, export, or share audio, the selected file may be processed by another app, storage provider, or recipient you select. Once it leaves Eliozz, that service’s privacy terms apply.
5. Website and technical logs
www.eliozz.com and e.eliozz.com have no accounts, forms, ads, or product analytics. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process standard HTTP technical data—such as IP address, request time, User-Agent, and requested path—to secure and deliver the site. We do not use those logs to profile users or children.
6. NFC links
An NFC card contains only a random web address. It contains no recording, story data, or personal identity. Bindings exist only on the current device; the website has no tag lookup database and never reports whether a tag is bound.
7. Children’s privacy
Eliozz is intended for parents and guardians who manage family stories. Children are not asked to create accounts, and the product does not actively collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian should decide what to record, import, and share.
8. Retention, deletion, and security
You can delete stories and audio in the app. Removing the app or erasing a device may also remove local content and NFC bindings, so export important recordings and verify your own backup first. No local storage method is perfectly secure; use a device passcode and protect the device.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. A new version will be published here with a revised date at the top of the page.
